ScriptOvo is an AI-powered content generation platform that provides:

• Viral video idea generation
• Video script writing
• Thumbnail prompt creation
• A/B testing recommendations
• AI video prompt generation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Credits and Pricing

Credit System: The Service operates on a credit-based system. Different generators consume different amounts of credits:

• Viral Ideas: 2 credits
• Video Scripts: 2 credits
• Thumbnails: 1.5 credits
• A/B Tests: 2 credits
• Video Prompts: 3 credits

Credit Renewal: Paid plan credits reset monthly on your billing date. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

Plan Changes: When upgrading to a paid plan, you immediately receive your new monthly credit allocation. Previous unused credits are replaced (not added) with your new plan's credits.

5. Payment and Billing

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Generate spam or misleading content

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you generate using ScriptOvo. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

Our Content: The Service itself, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by ScriptOvo and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use: By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your generated content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The content generated by ScriptOvo is created using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). While we strive for quality and accuracy:

• Generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your needs
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using generated content
• We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve specific results or performance
• Generated content should be reviewed for factual accuracy before publication

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCRIPTOVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
